Orders in Excess of $2 million secured from Major Retailers

Tuesday, 14 October, 2008, Sydney: Following the successful launch of the Aiptek manufactured V10 Pocket Projector, Mint Trading, subsidiary of portable technology company Mint Wireless Limited (ASX:MNW) ('The Company') announced today that it has secured multiple and substantial maiden orders for the projector from a range of Australia's leading retailers. The Company has previously signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Taiwan based Aiptek International ('Aiptek'), to distribute the Aiptek range of products in Australia and New Zealand.

The orders for the Aiptek Pocket Projector - the world's smallest commercially available device of its kind - were from some of Australia's pre-eminent electrical and consumer technology retailers. Each retailer will begin stocking the Aiptek Pocket Projector from October, and the product will have a recommended retail price of $649. These retailers include:

Mint Wireless' CEO Alex Teoh said that following the success of the Aiptek V10 Pocket projector launch, the orders reflect the ongoing increase in revenue performance of the Company's existing sales channels and strong reputation amongst new and existing retailers.
