Alex has been involved in creating many businesses throughout his career. From 2001 to 2005, Alex was the CEO of a local and international supply chain and logistics business, Zoo Logistics Pty Limited.
Alex was previously a Principal Consultant at the Hong Kong office of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Consulting. He was a member of the practice's senior management team responsible for its Customer Relationship Management strategy and solutions offering in East Asia (which includes Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines). Prior to PwC, Alex worked as a Senior Consultant at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Consulting, assisting in securing and implementing supply chain and application development contracts.
Alex is one of the founders of the Mint Business.
Non Executive Director - Andrew Teoh
B. Comm (Accounting/Finance)
Andrew has extensive experience in business operations, sales and marketing sectors. His experience has been within the areas of emerging technologies, billing systems, management of telecommunication switches and client services.
Andrew was previously the Operations Manager for Zoo Telecom Pty Ltd and was involved in the strategic process development, running and maintenance of this medium sized telecommunications company. Prior to that, Andrew was a Customer Services Manager at One.Tel Limited, where he was involved in the development, training and supervision of client service staff.
Andrew is one of the founders of the Mint Business.
Chief Executive Officer, Payment Solutions Division – Cameron Olsen
Cameron has over ten years of payments and financial services experience, particularly in delivering new payment products to existing and new markets. Since 2005, Cameron held the position of Vice President, Business Development at Smart Technology Solutions (STS); a specialist payments software company based in the United Kingdom that is focused on delivering global EMV based solutions through industry partnerships. In that role, he established and managed most if STS' commercial relationships including Motorola, Fujitsu and IBM; whilst opening nine new global markets for the company in Canada, Japan, Sweden, Finland, Estonia, France, Spain, Germany and New Zealand. During his tenure, Cameron successfully led a sales team that increased STS' revenue base by 400%. Prior to this, he worked for the National Australia Bank in the Business/Commercial lending and Merchant Acquiring divisions.
Product and Marketing Director– Melissa Law
Melissa is a highly experienced payments industry executive, particularly in the European market having worked for payments service provider Comms XL, a subsidiary of Transaction Network Services (TNS), one of the World's leading suppliers of electronic payment processing products. Melissa has a broad range of strategic, IT and payments expertise, and is particularly strong in the areas of marketing and product management. Prior to joining Mint, she was the Marketing Manager at STS, where she was instrumental to successfully launching and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) software application in Europe, while working with leading Enterprise Mobility businesses like Motorola on their mobile point of sale (POS) and payment strategies for the United Kingdom.
